Payments
All charges are shown in US Dollars. DolfinPack accepts the following types of payment:
Credit Card via Stripe
PayPal
Billing will take place upon completion of the order. Item will not ship until payment has cleared. All orders are taken over a secure (SSL) connection and are PCI compliant. If the Credit Card payment method is selected, your information will be transmitted to Stripe (our payment processor) only to process the payment. We never store your credit card data on our servers.
For PayPal payments, you will be re-directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. Once completed, you will return to DolfinPack’s website to receive your order confirmation.
Shipping
By placing an order with DolfinPack you consent to paying all shipping fees as outlined on our Shipping Page. You also understand that shipping times as provided on that page are only estimates. Unless a faster shipping method is arranged with DolfinPack, we will not be liable for any issues that may arise from your item not being delivered within the expected time frame. Any questions should be directed to [email protected] prior to placing your order.
Returns
For sure, no problem! Contact us within three days of your product arriving. Product must be unused to be acceptable for a return. Unless the product is defective or there was an issue on our end with the product shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping back to us. Note that our shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at [email protected] to notify us of the return shipment.
Warranties
We fully stand behind our product. Please see our full warranty page for all applicable information. By purchasing this product your agree to our warranty and that final say in warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of DolfinPack.
Stock Issues
In the rare case that we no longer have stock in the item you ordered, somebody from the DolfinPack team will contact you within one business day to go over available options. Those options may include: waiting for the stock to come in, offering a similar product as an alternate solution, and finally offering a full refund if we are unable to accommodate your needs.
